All funds and plans purchased for use on the St. Thomas University campus are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. The St Thomas University Dining funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all St Thomas University Dining funds and plans are non-refundable. Mandatory plans are NON refundable and will expire on the last day of the academic year in April. Voluntary Plans, Off Campus Plans, Add on dollars never expire and will carry over to following academic years.
Mandatory Meal Plans 1-4 and Voluntary Meal Plans –Tommies, Standard, Casual and Add on funds are non-refundable. Unused Mandatory Meal Plans 1-4 balances expire on the last day of the academic year in April. Unused Voluntary Meal Plans do not expire and balances will carry forward to future academic years.
Refund Policy:
All website purchases are considered to be final. Exceptions will be made for processing errors. All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
